MAPER GMKI CABANG PEKANBARU 2025

Masa Perkenalan (Maper) is GMKI Cabang Pekanbaru’s primary orientation program designed to welcome and induct new student members into the organization, introducing them to GMKI’s vision, values, and fellowship.

• Directed the creation and distribution of promotional media, ensuring consistent visual identity across digital flyers, banners, and information materials.

• Supervised the photography and videography team on September 27, 2025, capturing key orientation proceedings, speeches, and member interactions to build a lasting archive for the branch.

• Served as the primary channel for participant inquiries, ensuring all candidates received timely schedules, registration guidelines, and event updates.

Leading the HID section gave me a great opportunity to merge creative media with strategic communication. Being responsible for how Maper 2025 was presented, recorded, and remembered was both a proud moment and a meaningful contribution to GMKI Pekanbaru’s growth.
