The Challenge
From October to November 2025, I served as the Head of Equipment for the EFEC Family Gathering (FAMGATH). This role carried the largest operational workload of my committee journey, where I led the technical setup and logistical planning for a three-day event (Nov 21–23, 2025). The preparation started in July till November 2025.
My responsibilities encompassed managing accommodation logistics, stage and musical instruments, sound systems, venue tents, and event banners—ensuring all equipment was fully operational and seamlessly delivered.
Managing the vast logistical demands of FAMGATH EFEC was a rewarding challenge that significantly strengthened my crisis management, vendor negotiation, and large-scale operational planning skills.
